Over the past year, real estate prices in Euskirchen have shown a notable increase, reflecting broader trends in the German housing market. According to recent data, the average price per square meter for residential properties rose by approximately 8% compared to the previous year. This surge can be attributed to a combination of factors, including high demand driven by the town’s appeal for families and commuters, as well as limited housing supply. For instance, a three-bedroom apartment that previously sold for around €250,000 is now listed at approximately €270,000. Additionally, new developments and renovations in the area have further boosted property values, with prices around the city center reaching €3,000 per square meter. This upward trend is evident in both the rental market and sales, indicating a strong interest in Euskirchen as a desirable living location.
