The best deals we've seen among the available apartments are a spacious 2-bedroom apartment on the second floor with two terraces (totaling 24 m²) for 380,000 €, and a 91 m² 3-bedroom apartment on the same floor with three terraces for 685,000 €. The building consists of 12 apartments, including a penthouse with large open and sunny terraces all day long. Priced at 1,950,000 €, the penthouse boasts five terraces totaling 142 m² - a rare find. Just below, there's an even larger apartment (183 m²) for 1,850,000 € with a total terrace area of 89 m² (three terraces). Photos show nearby buildings from the street, as well as shots of various floors. Drone images can simulate the views from different terraces if you're interested in any of these apartments. Floor plans, prices, and other information are available upon request, based on the number of bedrooms needed. The developer promises a high standard, offering two to three different size options for the apartments on each floor for customization. While a delivery date has not been confirmed, we anticipate completion by the end of 2025. In terms of price, the 685,000 € for the 91 m² 3-bedroom apartment with three terraces in such a central location in Cannes represents a good investment opportunity given the high demand for properties in this area.
