Eine Ausübung des Aneignungsrechtes kommt jedoch nur dann in Betracht soweit die Liegenschaft für Zwecke der Landesverwaltung genutzt werden kann. Da dies hier nicht der Fall ist, wird das Recht auf Aneignung interessierten Dritten angeboten. Nach hiesigen Erkenntnissen, handelt es sich um seit min 2016 leer stehendes Fachwerkhaus mit angrenzender Scheune, wodurch das Grundstück annähernd vollständig bebaut ist.Die Gebäude befinden sich in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, die Scheune ist bereits in Teilen eingestürzt.
