Imperial
The Imperial neighborhood belongs to the district of Arganzuela in the south of the Capital, surrounded by the neighborhoods of Palacio (central district), Puerta del Angel and San Isidro. Imperial is bordered by the Segovia Bridge and Segovia Street to the north, Segovia Roundabout and Toledo Street to the east, and the Manzanares River to the west and south. Throughout the 20th century, this area of Madrid gradually lost its industrial character to become a mainly residential area that experienced a great boom thanks in part to the undergrounding of both the train tracks that gave rise to the green railway corridor and the M-30, a beltway road that runs along the river, also delimiting the southern area of the neighborhood. The apartment is located on the eighth floor of a building that offers magnificent views. In the distance, you can see the West Sierra of Madrid. Entering through the main door, you arrive at a spacious hall from which to the left leads to a large living-dining room with plenty of natural light. Straight ahead is a hallway that leads to a secondary bedroom with a built-in wardrobe on the left, and another bedroom in front. To the right of this bedroom is a complete bathroom, and at the end, another bedroom with a small terrace. To the right of the hall is the kitchen, which leads through a small hallway to a complete bathroom and a service bedroom (currently this hallway connects to the main hallway of the house), creating a comfortable circular flow within the property. Near this property, there are the Atenas Park, the gardens of the Royal Palace, and the Madrid Rio promenade, generating a sense of spaciousness despite being in the heart of the Capital. It is also worth mentioning the proximity of Casa de Campo, one of the lungs of Madrid where you can enjoy sports or nature walks. All this, combined with the fact that the neighborhood has all the necessary services for daily life within walking distance, such as supermarkets, schools, health centers, pharmacies... As for transportation connections, there are several bus lines that pass just meters from the building entrance, the Principe Pio metro and suburban train station is also just a few minutes' walk away, and access to the M-30 for private transportation is easily accessible. The price of 798,000€ for this property in Imperial is reflective of its prime location, stunning views, spacious layout, and proximity to parks, transportation, and essential services. The combination of residential convenience and natural surroundings make it a desirable investment opportunity in the heart of Madrid.
