Les Mages
I fell in love with nature, authenticity, and tranquility, which is why I acquired this former sheepfold a few years ago. Located in a quiet and secluded area with no overlooked views or noise disturbances, I have carefully restored and expanded the property to combine space with authenticity and modernity. Today, you will find a beautiful blend of wood, beams, terracotta tiles, large windows, wood stoves, as well as air conditioning, solar panels, and a micro-station. The property spans 250 m2 and includes an entrance, two living areas, a spacious 60 m2 kitchen, four bedrooms, a study, two bathrooms, and three toilets. The sprawling 18,000 m2 grounds offer endless possibilities for various projects, including fields, a small wood, and a watercourse fed by a natural spring, ensuring a constant water supply. Additionally, there is an 80 m2 outbuilding that serves as a workshop, garage for two-wheelers, and storage for pool equipment (yes, there is a 50 m3 pool). There is also a cellar and a chalet that serves as my sculpture workshop. A kennel with a small building and outdoor enclosed space, as well as a chicken coop, complete the outdoor amenities. I am reluctantly selling my little slice of paradise due to health reasons and a new professional project on the horizon. However, that does not mean I am in a rush to sell, as I am looking for someone who will appreciate and take care of this property as much as I have. The asking price of 895,000 for this unique property reflects its exceptional features and the care and attention to detail that has been put into it over the years.
