The building consists of 12 apartments, including a penthouse with large open and sunny terraces all day long. It is priced at 1,950,000 €, with five terraces totaling 142 sqm! Below that, there is an even larger apartment (183 sqm) for 1,850,000 € with 89 sqm of total terrace space (three terraces). You can see photos of the nearby buildings from the street, as well as photos of the different floors. We can also send you drone photos to simulate the view from the various terraces if you are interested in any of these apartments. Floor plans, prices, and other information can be provided based on the number of bedrooms you need. The developer promises a high standard of quality. They have prepared two to three options per floor with varying sizes for the apartments, providing opportunities to personalize your own space. In addition to the two most expensive apartments, prices range from 380,000 € to 950,000 €, with living areas ranging from 52 to 112 sqm. All apartments can be delivered with a garage, with a supplement ranging from 20,000 € to 70,000 € depending on the size and location on the ground floor. The garage is on two levels, with a state-of-the-art car lift system. With a low environmental impact, high-quality technological solutions, modern materials and equipment, no property tax for two years, a ten-year construction warranty, and more, this development offers a great value. While the developer has not confirmed a delivery date yet, we estimate it will not be before the very end of 2025. Thoughts on the price: The pricing of these apartments reflects the luxurious nature of the development and its prime location in Cannes.
